A: We are located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas right in the marina downtown área. We are right next to a shopping mall, steps from restaurants and bars, and a 5 minute walk to Medano Beach, a great swimming beach.
A: Yes, we are a family friendly resort in Cabo San Lucas. We offer a variety of activities at the resort for kids and adults. Our Activity Director will entertain you and your kids with fun activities like cooking, cocktail and Spanish classes, pool volleyball, and lottery.

Our one and only Dine Out All Inclusive plan offers unlimited food and beverage a la carte at a variety of restaurants at our resort, at our sister property Hacienda Encantada, and in the Marina Golden Zone in downtown Cabo San Lucas. A: Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least 8 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatment or hair removal services.
A: Morning appointments must be canceled the day before your treatment to avoid charges. For appointments in the evenings, please give us 4 hours notice before cancelation or rescheduling your appointment, otherwise it will be charged to your account as a "no show" with 100% of your treatment cost.
A: Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. However, please wear whatever is comfortable for you. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. For your convenience, you will receive a bathrobe, sandals and towel upon arrival. We offer lockers for your clothing, jewelry and personal items.
