  • A: We do not have beach. Located at the Marina, the resort is only a 5 minute walk to Medano Beach, the most popular swimming beach in Cabo.
  • A: Yes, we do offer babysitting services upon request.
  • A: Plan to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment. This is to allow you plenty of time to check in, change, use the steam room and begin the relaxation process.
  • A: We are located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas right in the marina downtown área. We are right next to a shopping mall, steps from restaurants and bars, and a 5 minute walk to Medano Beach, a great swimming beach.
  • A: Private transportation service takes about 40 minutes and our shuttle service takes about 60 minutes to and from the airport.
  • A: Yes, we are a family friendly resort in Cabo San Lucas. We offer a variety of activities at the resort for kids and adults. Our Activity Director will entertain you and your kids with fun activities like cooking, cocktail and Spanish classes, pool volleyball, and lottery. 
  • A: We are not a pet friendly resort, however assistance dogs are welcome at all times.
  • A: For your convenience, we offer a European plan and the All Inclusive Plan. Our one and only Dine Out All Inclusive plan offers unlimited food and beverage a la carte at a variety of restaurants at our resort, at our sister property Hacienda Encantada, and in the Marina Golden Zone in downtown Cabo San Lucas. Please note that if you booked a European plan, we also offer an All Inclusive Day Pass for you to purchase through our Call Center before your arrival or at check-in.
  • A: Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least 8 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatment or hair removal services.
  • A: If you are staying in the hotel, please leave valuable items in the safe in your guestroom. Otherwise, lockers are available for your personal items.
  • A: Morning appointments must be canceled the day before your treatment to avoid charges. For appointments in the evenings, please give us 4 hours notice before cancelation or rescheduling your appointment, otherwise it will be charged to your account as a "no show" with 100% of your treatment cost.
  • A: Arriving late will deprive you of your full treatment time. As a courtesy to our next guest, your treatment will end at the time originally scheduled.
  • A: The spa is designed for the enjoyment of our adult guests. To receive treatment, guests must be 18 years and older. For guests under 18, we require an adult to be present through the service.
  • A: Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. However, please wear whatever is comfortable for you. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. For your convenience, you will receive a bathrobe, sandals and towel upon arrival. We offer lockers for your clothing, jewelry and personal items.
